Cancellation policy
To avoid last minute cancellations, the following policies are in place:
​
- No fee for cancellations with 48 hours advance notice.
- Advance payment for future appointments will be requested after (3) recorded and cancelled appointments.
- No-shows will be charged for half of their service before a new appointment can be made.
- (2) no-shows will be charged full price for missed appointments; must pay for service before rescheduling; and will be asked to pre-pay for future appointments.
- All new clients must reserve a spot with a $20 holding fee (via credit or debit card), which will be applied to your service.
